Megan Stegman, her husband Amaechi, and their precious new baby Kanaan are walking through a season they never expected. When Megan went into sudden preterm labor and delivered Kanaan at just 32 weeks, their world shifted overnight. By God’s grace, both Megan and Kanaan are healthy, but Kanaan’s early arrival has meant an extended stay in the NICU and additional medical care that their young family must now navigate.

Through it all, Megan and Amaechi have held tightly to their faith, trusting that the Lord is watching over their son and giving them strength for each day. Still, the financial weight of NICU bills, ongoing medical expenses, and essential living needs has grown heavy. This has been an emotional and spiritual challenge—but they continue to see God’s faithfulness in every small miracle and every step forward.
