Officers lied on their initial report of the incident because they never knew a video was out, lying that they never tased my brother Stan, which caused him to have broken ribs, internal bleeding, and damage to his brain when he got hit by the car and also the ground right after. They were never pursuing my brother and his friend on the dirt bike clearly, no police lights on, so how is that a chase (pursuit)? They hunted my brother and his friend down and did what they did to my brother, but all of that should have NEVER happened if PBSO NEVER tased my brother Stanley, which is against Florida Law because they did the same to a 13-year-old boy. 13 yr old boy.

Plus, the WPTV news also wants to put out lies when we know the full truth, and all that will be shown in court.
