Support for Stacey Artis' Recovery

Dear Friends and Family,

We are reaching out to ask for your help in supporting Stacey during a difficult and unexpected time. What started as a bout with Influenza A quickly led to a severe bacterial infection, Necrotizing fasciitis. Stacey was admitted to the hospital on Friday, March 14th, where she underwent emergency surgery on Saturday morning. The doctors worked to remove the damaged tissue, and they are optimistic that they were able to address the infection.

Unfortunately, Stacey is currently battling sepsis and is on heavy doses of antibiotics. Once the infection is under control, she will need extensive rehabilitation due to the extent of the surgery. This recovery will be long and challenging.

As Stacey is unable to work and her company does not offer short-term or long-term disability, she is facing significant medical and other expenses. We are hoping to raise funds to help her through this difficult time and ensure she can focus on recovery without the added stress of financial strain.
