It is with profound sadness that we share the unexpected passing of our dear friend, Sree Veena Muddasani. She was the beloved wife of one of my best friends, someone I have known for more than 15 years. Sree Veena and her husband were recently married, beginning a new chapter in their lives together. She had also just started her professional career last year after years of hard work and dedication toward her goals. Her sudden passing while traveling in Florida has left her family, friends, colleagues, and loved ones heartbroken and in deep shock.

During this incredibly difficult time, we are coming together to support her family with funeral arrangements and the transportation of her remains from Florida to New York, and ultimately to Hyderabad, India, where her loved ones wish to perform her final rites and ceremonies. This fundraiser is being organized by close friends of the family, and all funds raised will go directly toward transportation, funeral, memorial, and related family expenses.
