Support for Spinal Treatment Journey

Hey all, I hate to do this..but I kinda don't really have anywhere else. I am currently going through a very hard situation regarding my physical health. I have been in a lot more pain as of late, and I had some medical tests done. 3 MRIs later and I come to find out that I have spinal stenosis/bulging discs in my upper spinal column, and I have degenerative disc disease in my lower spinal column, with no damage to the spinal cord itself, it is very painful, surgery would possibly lead to a wheelchair/paralysis. My ex ruined my credit, so any help there is a no go, even with evidence. My spinal specialist is in another state, so it's a 2.5 hour round trip every two weeks to go there, since there are none in my state..period. I have uploaded proof, because I feel it's essential. I will spoiler it, because some of it may be difficult. My goal is $500. to cover paying my roomate to drive me to/from, them taking unpaid time off work to even do so, and any paperwork/prescriptions not affiliated. Anything helps. I can still function and do things, but a lot of things like heavy lifting I can no longer do. I am also only 37. which shouldn't happen at this age. Also a lot of my finances and help was paid for by my roommate. so I owe them everything.
