As you may have already seen on the news, unfortunately my friend who is the Owner of ‘Spill the Tee Mobile Cafe” was involved in a near miss on the Princess Freeway this morning, Geelong bound near the Point Cook Exit. (Monday 22/04/2024).

She was driving along the freeway, when someone with an unsecured load lost a piece of wood that was around 30kg. This came flying straight towards her van and smashed into her windscreen and van. She was left with glass shattered all in her van and all over her. The driver did not stop, nor did anyone else to help or see if she was ok. She could have died as a result of this, which is the most scariest thing to come to terms with.

She is a Mother of 2, the owner of ‘Spill the Tee Mobile Cafe’ and this is her only income. She unfortunately, didn’t have insurance due to personal reasons. With the cost of living, this is such a hard time for her. She will have no income until her van gets fixed and will have to unfortunately pay for it herself as the person did not stop to provide their details.

For anyone that knows her, she is the most beautiful, selfless, caring lady. She will do anything for anyone and it is so heartbreaking that this happened to her.
