Spencer Cox is a resilient 6-year-old who has already faced more challenges than most children his age. He’s known for his love of cars and his incredible toughness, inspiring everyone who knows him. For some time, Spencer and his family have been living with the knowledge of his brain tumor, and now, after careful evaluation, the medical team at St. Jude’s Hospital has recommended surgery as the next step. His operation is scheduled for November 11, 2025. This journey has deeply affected his family and the entire TTNL Network community, who consider each other family above all else.

The Cox family is now facing the emotional and financial strain that comes with such a serious medical situation. As Spencer prepares for surgery, we want to rally together to help cover medical bills, travel expenses, and any other needs that may arise, easing the burden on his family during this difficult time.
