Support for Spencer and Hannah

McKenzie Surgery Center is collecting support for the expenses Spencer and Hannah Carter will encounter after the birth of their precious baby girl, Valerie.  Valerie is fearfully and wonderfully made and will require immediate heart surgery. Valerie has a condition known as Heterotaxy Syndrome and the multiple surgeries will be necessary to secure patency of her congestive heart defect and pulmonary artery, oxygenating her lungs and body   When Valerie grows stronger, they will plan for her to undergo biventricular cardiac reconstruction in Boston, Massachusetts. Beyond the cost of medical care, there will be travel costs, hotel expenses, lost income and additional childcare costs for new big sister, Renee.  Spencer and Hannah are amazing parents, and this is a tangible way that we can support them during a stressful and uncertain time.  Through programs available, funds collected for the Carters will be matched, dollar for dollar to further help with their needs.  Please consider how you can help.
