Narcissism and emotional abuse are a real thing and cause severe and deep trauma and damage to the ones that can't get out in time please commit to your loved ones carefully and when you see red flags or you can't get out on your own ask for help.

I am strong enough to do this, and I would do it alone if it was just me, but Sophie is sick and my heart is breaking for her.I can't lose her this way. Would you guys please help us find a place to go?
