Hello, my name is Danielle, and my brother Nathan Allen and his beautiful wife Alissa had a beautiful baby girl named Sophia Faith. She has already lived up to her name. She was born on June 20th, and the hospital quickly realized that something was wrong with baby Sophia. She was airlifted to Advocate Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn. She has been diagnosed with a rare congenital heart condition called Transposition of the Great Arteries, or TPA for short. Sweet Sophia will be having open-heart surgery Tuesday. My brother was laid off from his job a month ago, so money has been tight. This will be a long process, and I am asking first for prayers and any donation that you feel led to give.
