Support for Smit's Recovery Journey- Help Bring Him Home

Dear Friends and Supporters,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support for our dear Smit, an international student from India currently studying in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

Recently, Smit suffered a sudden and life-threatening brain aneurysm. Thanks to the swift medical attention and surgery he received here in Canada, his condition has stabilized. However, his journey to full recovery is far from over.

Unfortunately, his student health insurance has now expired, and the ongoing costs for care are no longer covered. His family wishes to bring him back to India for continued treatment and rehabilitation — but the cost of medical repatriation and further care is overwhelming, It's 36 lakhs in Indian rupees for the transportation. As a family member we will have to take care of treatment in India which required money there.

We are trying to raise funds to cover:

• Medical transport to India with the necessary medical support onboard

• Travel and accommodation expenses for accompanying family or medical staff if needed
