My name is Jeremy Smith. I am Jann smiths son. After an 18+ year battle with Parkinson’s disease on June 16, my father passed away peacefully in his sleep, the past few months were a struggle at best, but he is finally free of his pain. The purpose of this fundraiser is to help mom and my family get over this hurdle of medical expenses and funeral costs And to try and figure out how to return to some sense of normal after such a long battle.
