Support for single mother of 4 after fire and vehicle loss.
Donation protected
I’m trying to raise money for my niece who cannot seem to catch a break lately. She is a single mother to 4 kids and does a great job taking care of them, but she is struggling a lot right now. First, her only way of transporting the kids around broke down. It’s beyond repair, being in need of a new transmission, radiator, and other repairs that make it not worth fixing. Then yesterday, her crockpot started a fire in her kitchen. Thankfully everyone is safe and the house is still livable. The fire was caught before there was any significant structural damage or electrical damage. However, the loss was still great. She’s had wonderful people help replace some of the appliances she lost. But in the fire she lost all of her debit cards, and the biggest loss, all of the cash she had in an envelope from her tax refund. Thousands of dollars burned to ashes. She’s able to replace the debit cards, but unfortunately most of the money she had was in cash. She did not have renters insurance. This was all the money she had to take care of her and her kids. She’s currently out of work due to some health issues, as well as daycare issues and the transportation issues. She has been applying for work from home jobs to no avail. She is currently enrolled in courses, also, trying to further her education for a job with more financial stability. I’m hoping to raise funds to help her and the kids stay afloat until something comes her way, and to replace what she lost. Possibly raise enough to get her and the kids a cheap but reliable vehicle, which will greatly help in her being able to secure employment that fits her needs right now, and also as a means to get her children around. She has always been a hard worker and does everything she can to take care of her kids. She always puts her kids first and somehow makes a way, but she is in need of some help right now. Any help is greatly appreciated and even a share is helpful! Thank you to anyone in advance!
