His parents have been by his side every moment, while his brothers are cared for by their grandmother. The family is holding onto hope and needs all the prayers they can get as Sidney fights to overcome the infection before he can continue his chemo treatment.

The Caldera family is facing overwhelming expenses. Although they have insurance, the deductible is extremely high, and the hospital is over an hour away from their home. Traveling to bring the brothers together several times a week adds to the financial strain.
