Support for Siddhartha Reddy

At around 2.30 AM January 25th, Siddhartha Reddy, resident of Virginia, suffered a massive stroke resulting in a rarest brain hemorrhage called ‘Cavernous malformation’. The stroke paralyzed him on all of his left side from brain to his feet. He was immediately transported via ambulance to Aldie Stone Ridge Hospital ER, then air lifted to Reston Hospital ER, and then finally transported to Inova Fairfax Hospital. All of this within 24 hours due to the seriousness of his critical condition. He has been there in ICU since then and it’s expected to be a long term stay with many medical challenges along the way. He is unable to eat and is on a feeding tube as of now.
This has been a shocking and life changing ordeal for a wonderful couple who have come forward on many occasions to help numerous people and have personally extended help to many friends and families. Siddhartha is the husband of Vasudhara Reddy, or Vasu as she is lovingly known by most of the Indian community in DC metro area. Vasu has been a champion of many a community causes and passionately advocates for rightful causes thru the social media platform. She has supported and helped bring spotlight on many Gofundme causes for Indians & Americans in need. It’s unfortunate to see Vasu and Siddhartha suffer like this.
Siddhartha’s situation is still critical and the final outcome is not yet known as doctors are monitoring him day to day. With almighty grace upon him, he is under the care of very good neuro doctors who are monitoring him day to day. In the meantime, the medical expenses are piling up and burdening the family financially because of multiple scans, constant monitoring by neurologists & surgeons.
Please pray for Siddhartha and help fund his medical treatment with your kind donation and help spread the word by forwarding this fundraiser to your friends and family. Siddhartha was in transition of projects and was scheduled to start a new job the day of his stroke. Due to the paralytic stroke, Siddhartha will need to go thru long term rehabilitation and his situation is critical. Your generous help at this critical time will be very much appreciated.
