Brayden is a caring friend who found himself in a life-changing situation after he tried to break up a bar fight. In the process, he was assaulted and suffered severe injuries, including an intracerebral hemorrhage, subdural hematoma, subarachnoid hemorrhage, a separate blood clot, and an occipital fracture. He is currently being treated at UCMC, where doctors are working hard to dissolve the clot while carefully monitoring his brain bleed. The process has been slow and delicate due to the fragility of his injuries, and his length of stay in the hospital is still unknown.

As Brayden faces an uncertain road to recovery, he is surrounded by an incredible support system of family, friends, co-workers, and loved ones. However, the reality is that medical bills, living costs, and everyday expenses continue to add up, especially since Brayden will be out of work for an undetermined amount of time.
