My dear sweet friend lost her father and my other mama growing up lost her husband in a traumatic accident. Please consider donating to support Sherri Arrington and her adult children Jenn and Jon.

Expenses from this fund would be used to cover unexpected funeral and memorial expenses, travel expenses to fly home to Indiana, medical expenses for supportive counseling for Sherri, and supplemental income during this time of mourning.

A special note about trauma and grief therapy: while it is never easy to lose your life partner and friend, it is especially difficult under these circumstances. My hope is that Sherri can see whomever provider she needs for as long as she needs without being limited by medicare. This is the stuff that sticks with you long after the meal train is done, the flowers have faded, and the friends have all gone home.
