Support for Shawn’s cancer treatment

Dear friends and community,

We come to you with heavy hearts on behalf of our cousin, Shawn (Jacob) Koshy, a brave 16-year-old boy from Kerala, India. Shawn has recently been diagnosed with Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer that has left his family in a state of shock and uncertainty. Shawn like many other kids his age, enjoys movies and playing video games, but now will be taking on the biggest battle of his life.

As you can imagine, the last few weeks have been a whirlwind for Shawn and his family. They have been tirelessly searching for a medical cure and have finally found hope at Christian Medical College Vellore, Tamil Nadu, where the doctors have seen this condition three times in the past. Shawn is currently en route to Vellore by ambulance, and the journey will take several hours.

We understand that medical expenses can be overwhelming, and this is especially true for Shawn's family. They have already spent all their savings on his initial treatments and hospital stays, leaving them financially vulnerable and in desperate need of support.

This is why we are humbly reaching out to you today to ask for your help. Any amount that you can contribute will go directly towards Shawn's chemotherapy bills, and it would mean the world to his family.
