With great sadness, our family is grieving the unexpected loss of our sister, Shawnee Surguy, who passed away at just 26 years old. Shawnee was truly one of a kind—she lit up every room she walked into and brought joy to everyone around her. Her favorite color was purple, and in so many ways, that brightness reflects the light she shared with all of us.

This loss has been devastating, and on top of the emotional pain, we are now facing unexpected expenses during an already incredibly difficult time. We are asking for help to ease the financial burden so we can focus on grieving and honoring Shawnee’s life.
