On Tuesday April 14th Shawn was admitted into the hospital with severe pancreatitis. Things became critical very fast and he was placed on life support that night shortly after that he went into kidney failure. Thursday afternoon he was air lifted to Indy where he was place on dialysis and given a life saving surgery to relieve pressure that was building up in his abdomen. Friday he was transferred to a different hospital with better pancreatic and renal teams. Since being admitted to the first hospital he has made quite a bit of improvement! He is now only on 40% life support and is staying stable and resting. He has a long road to go as far as recovery so we are asking for donation to help with medical costs as Shawn recovers to lift the financial burden from his mind so he can place all his energy on recovery.
