9/2/19 SHAWN IS MAKING HUGE IMPROVEMENTS DAILY Yesterday, with assistance, Shawn brushed his teeth and hair, was able to stand for a short time and today he was playing a little catch with his little brother. Shawn has a very long hard road ahead. He has an amazing support system, friends and family. PLEASE continue to pray for Shawn and his family. Thank you for all of the prayers and support shown so far. It's GREATLY appreciated. 8/28/19As most of you all know Shawn has been fighting a fight that he is going to win! Shawn was admitted to Mercy hospital on August 7th where he stayed until he was airlifted to Barnes in St. Louis on the 14th. He had a major surgery on the 15th. Shawn was so ready to come home and was released from Barnes yesterday the 27th. Unfortunately that did not go as everyone, especially Shawn, was hoping for. Shawn went back to Mercy lastnight and was then airlifted back to Barnes this morning at 4:30. Shawn is sedated and is in ICU at this time. As you can imagine, being in the hospitals for going on a month, is physically, emotionally and monetarily draining. We are asking for your support to help Shawn and his family fight this battle and to help ease some of the financial burdens he and his family are facing. We would all want to be with our son and loved one during these times. If you are unable to help monetarily PLEASE pray for Shawn and his family.
