Support for Shawn, Angela, and Their Twin Girls – Addisyn & Emersyn

On June 1st, Angela was admitted to the hospital for daily monitoring of her identical twin girls, Addisyn and Emersyn, who were diagnosed as MoMo twins (short for monochorionic-monoamniotic), a rare and high-risk condition where the babies share both a placenta and an amniotic sac. Due to the risks involved, Angela remained in the hospital under close watch until the girls were delivered on July 31st, seven weeks early.

Shortly after birth, Addisyn developed heart complications and is being life flighted to Utah for specialized care. Angela has not yet been cleared to travel, so Shawn will be heading to Utah to be with Addisyn during this critical time, while also supporting Angela and Emersyn from afar.

This GoFundMe has been set up to help ease the financial burden on this beautiful family as they navigate the unexpected challenges of premature birth, a NICU stay, medical travel, and rising medical bills.
