When you wake up in the morning, you never imagine that in an instant, everything could change.

This week, beloved Hunter “Bubba” Nelson tragically lost his life due to an accident — just hours before he was expected to return home to the family who loved him so deeply. Life saving efforts continued through Friday. This tragic event and his sudden passing has left an unimaginable void in the lives of his partner, Sharri, and their two beautiful girls.

Hunter was a devoted father, step-father, a loving partner, and the heart of his family. Sharri and the girls are now facing not only overwhelming grief, but also the unexpected financial burden of funeral and service expenses, hospital bills, and the many adjustments that come with navigating life without him.

As these precious girls begin the long journey of healing and learning how to move forward without a devoted partner, Step-dad (to sweet girl Gray), and Daddy (to sweet baby Jordan.), we are asking for your support.
