My name is Rebecca and I am the oldest daughter of Shannon Beebe (Gillespie), 41. My mom passed away due to medical complications in the early hours of May 2nd, 2026 in Midlothian, Virginia. My mom was born, raised, and lived in Pulaski, Virginia for most of her life. She knew so many people and they all loved her so much. My mom faced a lot of demons throughout her life. She began getting sick in 2023 and her health had continued to decline since then. Her passing was very sudden. There were 2 hours between the first call we got saying that she was being flown to a hospital for emergency surgery and the next being that she didn’t make it. My mom did not have life insurance. As her oldest child, I now have the responsibility of honoring her wishes and giving her the memorial she deserves. I am only 24 and this is not something I was prepared for. Any help is greatly appreciated.

We are working on getting a final cost and deciding which funeral home we would like her services held. I will provide an update if others would prefer to pay directly to the funeral home.
