Shanna is a 35 year old mommy of four amazing kids. On April 24 she recieved the devastating news that no woman ever wants to hear; she has breast cancer. 

Shanna has ductal carcinoma and as of right now her first surgery is set for May 16. She still has several tests ahead of her before a treatment plan is decided by her oncologist. It is not yet known how invasive the cancer is. 

She has only been back to work from her fourth maternity leave for 8 weeks. Because of this she has no sick leave, long or short term disability, critical illness coverage, and does not qualify for EI .  

Please help us relieve some of her financial stress so that the only thing she needs to worry about is getting better.
