My uncle, Shane Weiser, is currently in the hospital with multiple organ failure and sepsis. The prognosis is not looking good, and it is planned for him to be moved to respite care.

We are making this in hopes to cover end-of-life costs as we are unable to do so ourselves. We appreciate anything and any time given to this.
