My brother Shane and my sister-in-law Tracie are facing the most challenging time of their lives. Three weeks ago, Tracie was transported to Emory University Hospital after being diagnosed with interstitial lung disease. Her condition quickly became critical, and she is now on an ECMO machine as she waits for a double lung transplant. Watching her fight for her life has been heartbreaking for our entire family, and we are holding onto hope for a successful transplant.
Shane, a proud US Navy veteran, has been by Tracie’s side every step of the way, even as he faces his own health battles. He was recently diagnosed with several tumors in his lungs, adding to the emotional and financial strain. Despite everything, Shane is doing all he can to support Tracie, but the mounting medical bills, travel expenses, and monthly costs have become overwhelming.
We are raising funds to help cover these expenses and give Shane and Tracie the support they need. I will be depositing the funds into their checking account weekly while they are out of town in Atlanta, ensuring that every donation goes directly to them. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference in their lives. Thank you for your kindness, prayers, and support during this incredibly difficult time for our family.
