Shane and Sophia Gandy welcomed sweet SJ (Shane Jr.) into their lives on August 8th, 2025. Over the past few months, they’ve faced incredibly hard and confusing times as SJ has begun experiencing seizures and has required a lot of hospital visits.

Recently, SJ was diagnosed with a very rare genetic disorder that may affect his ability to walk or talk. While the future is unknown, Shane and Sophia continue to stay strong, hopeful, and faithful as they navigate this journey with their little boy.

I started this GoFundMe to help ease some of the financial stress on them. They will be in and out of the hospital with different specialists as they continue doing everything possible to give SJ the best life and care he deserves.
