We are coming together to support the family of Seth Peltola during an unimaginably difficult time. Seth was hospitalized on April 27 due to a sudden and aggressive illness and tragically passed away on May 8 from melanoma. His diagnosis and passing came far too quickly, leaving his family heartbroken and facing unexpected emotional and financial challenges.
Seth dedicated his life to the line trade, beginning his career in 2003 and topping out as a Journeyman Lineman in 2007. A Foreman for AAU and also served with Tacoma Power, Seth earned the respect and appreciation of coworkers throughout his career. More than his skill in the trade, Seth will be remembered for the impact he had on the people around him. He was the kind of lineman others looked up to, someone who took the time to teach, coach, and support those coming up behind him. He led by example, brought a steady presence to the crew, and earned trust through the way he treated people with respect, humility, and a willingness to help wherever he could. His influence lives on in the many colleagues and apprentices he guided throughout his career.
Above all else, Seth was a devoted husband and father. He leaves behind his loving wife, Klaudia, and their two children, Mariah (16) and Seth Jr. (11). Seth enjoyed scuba diving and taking trips to the dunes with his kids but more than anything, he cherished time spent with his family.
This fundraiser has been created to help cover medical expenses and support Seth’s family as they begin to navigate life without him. Any donation, no matter the size, will help ease the financial burden and give them the space and time they need to grieve and heal. If you are able, please consider donating, sharing this fundraiser, and keeping Seth’s family in your thoughts. Your kindness and support mean more than words can express.
