Dear friends,

I’m reaching out on behalf of my family and close friends who are facing an unimaginable tragedy in Omoa, Cortés, Honduras, in the village of Milla 3.

A devastating car accident involving seven young children has left the family heartbroken and in desperate need of help.

Among the seven children:

Noah and Sebastian Serrano, 8-year-old twins — Noah remains in critical condition and in a coma right now, while his brother Sebastian tragically passed away just minutes after the accident.

Carla Camila Serrano, 9 years old, is stable and recovering.

Daira Siloe Serrano, also 9 years old, sadly passed away after suffering three heart attacks on the way to the hospital and a fourth upon arrival.

Eilin Serrano, 8 years old; Dilcia López, 12 years old; and Iker Martinez, 7 years old — all remain in critical condition and in a coma.

All of the injured children are currently hospitalized at Mario Catarino Rivas Hospital in San Pedro Sula.

The funeral for the two children who passed away took place on October 14, 2025.

The driver and front passenger of the other vehicle fled the scene, leaving the third passenger trapped after the car flipped and struck the vehicle carrying the children. The driver who was transporting the children also remains hospitalized.

The family now faces overwhelming medical expenses, funeral costs, and emotional devastation. They are asking for any financial help or donations, no matter how small, to support the care of the surviving children and help the family through this heartbreaking time.
