May 5th 2026 - What was a normal day at the park for our family ended in the most unexpected tragedy. In a senseless act of violence my sister was taken from us.
Savannah (38) , a life taken way too soon with so much more memories, birthdays, and love to share.
We thank God for the time that we were given and the outpouring of love and prayers the family has received during this time from our community.
We remember Vanah as the person who would literally give you the shirt off her back. Opening her doors to any and all families who may be in need or struggling. We remember her as the CandiiLadii with her amazing frozen candy covered fruits. But most importantly we remember her as a mother, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a wife and friend.
We have opened this gofundme for any of those who feel led to sow into the finances for the funeral costs and in the hopes to allow her husband to grieve, as I assist in the care of their 7 children. She leaves behind a 17, 15, 13, 9, 8, 7 and 3 year old who has a disability. I am grateful for the times shared with my sister and am now helping with the well being of her babies with deep love.
We appreciate all the support and please continue to keep us in prayer as we navigate this heartbreaking adjustment.
