My name is Sarah Dunwald and I'm writing this with a heavy heart. Our family has lost our patriach, my father. He past away suddenly and very unexpectedly. Him and my mom live in Texas and the rest of the family are in California. I was able to book a flight to be with my mom, but we need to raise funds for other expenses. This would include final preparation for my dad. Our plan is to transport him back to California. We also need to pack my mom up and get her back to California. This is a lot for us and we are all rallying together but none of us really have the funds for this. Some expenses will be covered by the VA as my dad was a veteran, some will be reimbursed at a later time, but most are going to be on us.

Anything helps and would be greatly appreciated.

We have been blessed beyond measure with such support from friends and family and know that everything will work out in time.
