Hi, my name is Terry. I am a friend of Sarah and have been for many years. I am creating this site for the sake of Sarah. Sarah is a single Mom (through no fault of her own!). Following a divorce and the death of her Father, Sarah needed to buy a home. The home was duly inspected (I was actually present for that) but the inspector missed an important thing. Some where along the line a wall between the kitchen and living room was opened up, but improperly. It wasn't until 5 years later that the effects of this change was caught.

It all started by looking at the roof. Eventually it was discovered that this wall change was causing the roof line and even inner walls to sag. By the time we saw it, the sag was pretty significant. The first thing we did (a trusted and knowledgeable friend and myself) was to jack up the wall and install a support beam to raise everything and give the support needed. The next step is to repair the roof. Again, family and friends are doing the work but Sarah could use some help with the bills for this. Please note, she is willing to take out loans and be responsible herself, but it will cause her some financial hardship and distress. As someone who is concerned I determined to seek help!
