Sammy and her young son Luca are facing an unimaginable loss after Andrew Moffitt, Sammy’s life partner and Luca’s devoted father, was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident just one block from their home. Andrew was the heart of their family—a loving partner and a caring father. His sudden passing has left Sammy and Luca not only heartbroken, but also facing the overwhelming challenge of moving forward without him.

In the wake of this tragedy, Sammy is doing everything she can to support Luca and keep their lives as stable as possible. The financial burden of daily living costs, rent, bills, and childcare is immense, especially as they both begin the long journey of healing.
