Im starting this fundraiser for my brother Sammy. He is a husband, and a father to his newborn baby Forest. All of you that know Sammy, know that he loves his family and would do anything to take care of them.
He recently suffered a bad accident and severely fractured his Humerus in multiple places. This led him to have a serious surgery to put his arm back together and spend 4 days in the hospital. With no Insurance he's left with huge hospitals bills and is out of work until he can recover from the injuries.
Sammy is one the hardest working people I know and the primary source of income for his household. Any support would be a huge help, and greatly appreciated to get them through this tough time. Thank you!
