My name is Cindi Green, and my son Sam passed away unexpectedly at the age of 42 on May 17th, 2025. He was found by his 18-year-old son, Isiah.

The cause of death was a blockage in his heart and heart enlargement. He was a single dad who had full custody of his two children, Viviana and Isiah.

He was a sports lover, loved playing dominoes, and cooking for his family. He was loved by his family and community.

I am raising money to cover funeral expenses as well as to help his children with living expenses, as they are without their main provider.

He is survived by his dad, Mickey; his mom, Cindi; his two brothers, Michael and Jacob; and his two children, Isiah and Viviana.
