Hi Everyone, This is not a position that I thought I would ever be in. If you know me and my pride, you would know this is very much out of my comfort zone. But what is a community without community? Ya know?

As many of you may know, close friends and family, my dad was diagnosed with Stage IV Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma with a Mucinous subtype in October 2025. This past Wednesday, things took a turn as my dad developed Pneumonitis from his current treatment plan.

Watching this unfold has been incredibly overwhelming. My dad’s condition has been especially hard to witness. He’s exhausted, struggling, and not himself. To know my dad is to LOVE my dad. Watching him go from the dad who is just at my house for no reason when I get off work other than the fact he wanted to mow my lawn and surprise me to needing around-the-clock care... to say this has been a hard watch would be a total understatement. We have been doing everything we can to be there for him through hospital visits, decisions, and day-to-day support. At the same time, my mom is also in the ICU, and while I’m not sharing details publicly, it’s added another layer of stress and uncertainty for our family.

Any funds raised will go toward:

• Supporting my parents while they receive care and during recovery
