Support for Surawit Sae Kang

My only big brother, Surawit Sae Kang, also known as Sae or Wit lost his fight against the complications from Cancer on December 24th, 2021 at the age of 46, leaving his only son Jadyn, families, and countless friends heartbroken.

In the past 24 hours, I have been reminded how loved he was by so many and those within his stunt community. My brother is known for his generosity, kindness, and tendency to be very trusting of people. I know that he doesn’t hesitate to lend a helping hand to others.

My brother wants to be remembered as a stuntman/stunt coordinator. He loved what he did and was very proud of it. He once told me that he was happiest when he was working. The last project that he worked on was Hawkeye as one of the rigging stunt coordinators. When he was first diagnosed with esophageal cancer in May, all he could talk about was how he can’t wait to get better and go back to work.

To know Wit was to appreciate him as a humble man – never one to ask, but always willing to give, as he did so very often. Some of the families and friends have already reached out to see how they can help. I have decided to start this go-fund-me page to use the money towards his funeral and the remaining amount will go directly to his son Jadyn.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for honoring Wit/Sae by supporting his family in this most difficult time.
