Support for Ryan’s Brain Surgery & Recovery

I’m writing this on behalf of my dear friends, Heather and Ryan, who are newlyweds facing an incredibly difficult and uncertain season. Ryan has been living with Chiari malformation and for over 10 years he has struggled with symptoms, but since March of this year, his symptoms have worsened drastically — becoming debilitating and severely impacting his daily life. He is now preparing to undergo brain surgery in hopes of finding relief and a path forward. The emotional and financial strain is significant, with time off work, travel for treatment, medical bills, and a long recovery ahead.
