Support for Russ and Mary Clark

Hi, my name is Amanda Clark, daughter in law to Russ and Mary Clark. As some of you might know Mary and Russ were seriously injured in a car accident on Saturday, August 20th. Mary and Russ were taking 3 of their grandkids to see an outdoor movie in Tilden when unfortunately a driver ran a red light at high speeds crashing into them on Bellemans Church Rd and Rt 61 in Leesport. Their vehicle spun several times after initial impact and crashed into the guardrail. Thankfully all 3 kids are safe and home. Unfortunately Mary and Russ had severe injuries and were admitted to the hospital. Russ suffered 3 broken bones in his neck as well as a large gash on his forehead and a small brain bleed that thankfully healed on its own. Mary is in the ICU with several serious injuries - fracture in her neck, broken femur, broken hip, several broken ribs, large gash on her forehead and pelvic fracture (I might have missed some) She has already went through one surgery and will need at least 1 other. It is going to be a very long and hard recovery for both of them. Due to the severity of the injuries Russ will not be able to go back to work for awhile and unfortunately their bills will begin to pile up. I'm hoping we can take some of that burden off of them as I believe the only thing they should focus on right now is getting better and not have to worry about finances.
