Dear Friends and Family,

On January 15th, my world shattered. My loving husband, Ruben Angel Ramirez, passed away after a long and courageous battle with a debilitating illness. Ruben was my rock, my best friend, my everything. For 18 years, he showered me with love and affection, always putting my needs before his own.

Ruben was a kind and gentle soul with a heart of gold. He worked tirelessly as a security guard, always providing for us. Despite the challenges we faced, he never allowed anything to dim his light. His infectious laughter and unwavering support brought joy to everyone around him.

Ruben leaves behind a void that can never be filled. I will cherish the memories we created together—our quiet evenings, our shared laughter, and the way he looked at me with such love. He is survived by his mother, Delfina; his brothers, Rodney, Henry, and Junior; and his sisters, Loretta and Lisa. They, along with countless friends, will miss him deeply.

To honor Ruben's memory, I am planning a funeral service to celebrate his life. However, the unexpected costs associated with laying him to rest have become a significant burden. As I transition back to Southern California to be with my brother and his wife, I find myself reaching out to our community for support.

Many of you have expressed a desire to help, and any contribution, no matter how small, would be deeply appreciated. Your generosity will help ensure that Ruben receives the proper send-off he deserves and will ease the financial strain during this incredibly difficult time.
