Ronald Lee Millican, unexpectedly passed away on February 18, 2026, in Texarkana, Texas surrounded by his loved ones.

The Millican family is now facing unexpected funeral and medical expenses, and the funds raised will go directly to paying for these expenses on behalf of his wife Layne Millican, Martin Millican, and Thomas Millican. Any support is deeply appreciated during this difficult time. Any donations exceeding the costs will go directly to his wife Layne Millican to support her during this extremely tough time.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, February 23, 2026, at Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Chapelwood Funeral Home.
