Support for Rommel Perez, DaVita RN

On May 10, 2019, we lost a member of our DaVita family.  Rommel Perez was a Registered Nurse at the DaVita Oxnard clinic in Region 4, Wild West, Dream Team.  Rommel started his journey with DaVita as an International Nurse back in September 2016.  Rommel migrated to the U.S. with his Wife and two children.  During his training, Rommel worked at the DaVita Thousand Oak clinic.  From there, he supported several clinics in Region 1.  Rommel ultimately found a home at the Oxnard clinic.  Rommel will be remembered as a kind, genuine, gentle and sweet natured person.  It breaks all our hearts to have lost one of our very best.  Rommel is survived by his wife and two children, ages 5 and 3.  Rommel was on the TTS schedule and will be missed very much by many.  ALL funds donated will be allocated to funeral costs and to give financial support to Rommel’s wife and children.  Let’s bring our village to life and take care of own.
