Support for Roger Stafford’s Medical Expenses

Donation protected

On Thursday, February 18th, our father Roger Stafford was admitted for emergency surgery for a thoracic aortic aneurysm.  The procedure was suppose to be straightforward and take 3 hours.  While being prepped for surgery, his aorta ruptured and as a result he flatlined for 15 minutes while his surgical team began surgery, stopped the bleed and resuscitated him.  Over the next 5 hours, they repaired his heart and he is now steadily recovering with the help of the amazing nursing staff and doctors at the hospital.  We know that he is only here with us through the grace of God & are so thankful for all the prayers, support and love that has been shown this past week. He will hopefully be able to return home to continue recovering with our mom, his wife of nearly 50 years, within the next week.

Many of you know my father from his 40 years of faithful service to the Lord as a minister of the gospel.  He has an amazing love for God and people, and we know how much he means to so many.  My parents are now faced with the related and unexpected medical expenses and we would love to surprise them by having his hospital bills covered.  Please considered giving a small donation, everything will help!  But most importantly, please continue to pray for his full recovery.

Sincerely-
the Stafford kids
Debbie, Leah, Joy & David
