My name is Roger, and I am reaching out because my family and I are facing a very difficult time. I recently suffered a stroke that left me unable to use my left side, and my wife is struggling with heart problems. With both of us unable to work, we have lost our only source of income. Our two boys are doing their best to help, but they are still in school and have their own challenges to face.

We are also falling behind on our vehicle payments, and it’s becoming harder to keep up with essential bills like electricity and our phone, which I need to stay in touch with my doctors.
