Robert Tong, an award-winning Marin Independent Journal photographer for 35 years and a well-known Marin County Boy Scout leader, suffered serious medical setbacks in early September 2018. Robert is a fighter and slowly improving. But he faces a potentially long recovery. His friends and colleagues are raising funds to offset the medical expenses for his family.
