On Christmas Day, December 25, 2025, my father, Robert James Miranda, suffered a heart attack (pulmonary embolism) and tragically did not make it to the hospital. As many of you know, my dad was one of the friendliest people you could ever meet. He always wanted to connect with others, making every conversation feel meaningful and personal. He touched the hearts of so many, always offering his support and encouragement for anything you wanted to do or pursue in life.

My father loved his kids and his family with all his heart. He was the kind of person who taught everyone around him, sharing his knowledge and always paying attention to the details. There isn’t a person who met my dad who didn’t remember him or the experience they shared. He was selfless, often putting the needs of others before his own so that those around him could thrive. He was always there when you needed help, even if it meant sacrificing his own well-being.

Now, in the wake of his passing, our family is facing significant challenges. I am stepping in to take over his business and move in with my stepmom and step-grandmother, who have relied heavily on his support. My father did not have a large life insurance policy, and my grandmother recently took a second mortgage on their home, making this loss an extreme burden for us. All funds raised will go toward funeral and memorial services, medical and hospital expenses, and covering bills that can no longer be afforded. I am doing everything I can to support my family and continue my father’s legacy, but I need help. Please, anything you can give will make a difference for us during this difficult time.
