Dear Beach Point Unit Owners,
It is with both gratitude and sadness that we share important news about Robert Evans. Many of you know Robert well — he began his career at Beach Point over eight years ago as a front desk/door person, worked his way up to Lead Door Person, and was later promoted to Complex Manager. Throughout his years of service, Robert has gone above and beyond his job duties, always offering his help with loyalty, dedication, and kindness to our community.
Unfortunately, due to serious health issues, Robert is no longer able to continue working at Beach Point. As he now faces significant medical challenges and mounting expenses, the Board of Directors and the Management Office are reaching out to ask for your support.
This GoFundMe campaign has been set up to help Robert during this difficult time. The Board is recommending a donation of at least $500. For those who are able to contribute more, your generosity will make a meaningful difference. For those who cannot, we kindly ask that you give whatever amount you are able.
Robert has a challenging road ahead, and this is an opportunity for us as a community to give back to someone who has given so much to us.
On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Management Office, thank you for your kindness, generosity, and consideration in supporting Robert.
Warm regards,
Glori Carchi
