Support for Rob Schnurmacher and family

“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”

There comes a time when all of us in this life will need the full accumulation of love and support from friends, family, friends of family, and family of friends. Now is that time for Rob. And not only for Rob, but also for his loving wife, Wendy, and their beautiful 9 year old daughter Eva.

Robbie recently received the devastating news we all dread beyond description. He has been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of leukemia. This insidious disease has also damaged Rob’s kidneys to the point where they are not fully functioning.

Thank God for the miracles of modern medicine. And although we always welcome them, they obviously come at an exorbitant cost.

Fortunately, there are breakthrough medical treatments and procedures available that will help Rob and his family through this. Rob has just started his chemotherapy regimen and is unable to work as he is suffering from the side effects of the treatment as well as the symptoms of the cancer and kidney failure. His treatment plan will also require stem cell transplants which will hopefully give Rob a much better chance to defeat this monster.

Rob is a loving husband and father, an amazing friend to countless people from all walks and from all eras in his life, an animal lover, and a generous and hard worker who built a local business just to help our neighborhood children quench their thirst for technological knowledge and aptitude.
