On May 2nd, 2025, our dear friend experienced an unimaginable loss with the sudden and tragic passing of his beloved father, Richard (Nick) Morris Prater. As you can imagine, nothing can truly prepare a family for this kind of heartbreak—especially when it comes without warning.
